Of Photographs and TearsShe sits in her room, gazing at pictures on the wall.   
He flicks through old albums, ruining the photos with salt water.   
She stands, reaches out to the wall and peels off the memories.   
He glances around, vision blurred- he is alone again.   
She puts them into a box- only one sob manages to escape her lips.   
His frame starts shaking as he loses control of his emotions once more.   
She sits on her bed. She's not crying- and she hates herself for it.   
He screams at the universe, whoever will listen- why him? Or why not him?

Love is a Functionf(l)  Each day we find ourselves  spending more and more time together.  Laughing at jokes, smiling at laughter  and gazing fondly at smiles.   
f(o)  We'd dance through fields  as gold as the sky painted at sunset.  We'd swim through rivers  as deep and rich as the silk scarf you love to wear.

:bulletred:3rd place is myself (~Tarnias) with "For Blue Eyes.", a triptych telling the story of life and heartbreak, through the eyes of a young girl's music.
